Marvel Legends’ is a toy line started by Toy Biz for Marvel in 2002 featuring finely sculpted and highly articulated 6-inch action figures of Marvel’s legendary characters.
Toy Biz introduced the ‘Build-a-Figure’ concept in Series 9, wherein each action figure comes with a part needed to build an even larger action figure (Galactus for Series 9). Hasbro won the Marvel license from Toy Biz in 2007, releasing their first Marvel Legends Series with Series 16 (Annihilus BAF).
